Johnathan Shrader
Johnathan grew up in Louisville and holds a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Engineering from Purdue University (2010), as well as a Bachelor’s in Brewing from Siebel Institute of Technology in Chicago. He enjoys the whole gamut of beer and is always striving to learn when it comes to food and beverage.
“We have a great appreciation for new and traditional techniques in brewing. We are always exploring new places and cultures and look forward to bringing diverse flavors into the experience we’re building in our hometown,” he says.
